Description
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR 3SMC5.0A and 3SMC5.0CA series devices are surface-mount glass-passivated junction Transient Voltage Suppressors designed to protect voltage-sensitive components from high-voltage transients. The 3SMC5.0A series is uni-directional, while the 3SMC5.0CA series is bi-directional. Both series are manufactured and qualified to AEC-Q101 standards.
