The CMSD2004S and CMSD2005S are dual, in series silicon switching diodes manufactured by the epitaxial planar process. These devices are epoxy molded in a SOT-323 surface mount package and are designed for applications requiring high voltage capability. Ranging from 300V to 350V peak repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM), these devices are also available in various additional packages.
