Central Semiconductor Corp. announces the release of two new Multi Discrete Module™ devices, which combine an isolated transistor and an isolated rectifier manufactured in the TLM832D Tiny Leadless Module™ (TLM™) package. The CTLM1034-M832D is comprised of a 40V, 1.0A low
VCE(SAT) NPN transistor and 40V, 1.0A low VF Schottky rectifier.
The complementary CTLM1074-M832D is comprised of a 40V, 1.0A low VCE(SAT) PNP transistor and 40V, 1.0A low VF Schottky rectifier. Both devices are ideal for a wide variety of portable battery powered circuit applications including: DC-DC converters, switching circuits, and LCD backlighting. End products include: cell phones/smart phones, digital cameras, notebook PCs, MP3 players, etc. |
